AUREBESH NEW ROMAN is a serif-style typeface inspired by the Star Wars "Aurebesh" alphabet. Created to fill a need for a more legible Aurebesh typeface, Aurebesh New Roman can be used to set larger passages of text.

Use Aurebesh New Roman the same way you would use other serif typefaces: for longer blocks of text (stories, articles) or where legibility at smaller text size is required. Glyphs are narrower, and the elegantly designed capitals and lowercase allow for a highly readable Aurebesh experience.

Use Aurebesh New Roman's amazing and artful set of numerals, punctuation, international characters and six beautiful styles to create exquisite layouts of which any Jedi Master would approve.

Aurebesh New Roman supports the use of OpenType contextual alternates. This means that special Aurebesh langauge glyphs (ch, eo, kh, ng, oo) will automatically display when typed. Applications that support OpenType advanced features are required.

This non-Latin Star Wars font is free for personal use and is inspired by the original Aurebesh alphabet created by Stephen Crane. Released on May 4, 2016.
